In the Summer I had the pleasure of photographing Jadyn’s high school senior session in the beautiful and historic city of Savannah. This was inspired by the whimsical and feminine style of Love Shack Fancy. So set out to capture her personality and grace in some of Savannah’s most iconic locations. It might of been a hot and humid summer day but we Jadyn didn’t miss a beat!

We first strolled down the cobblestone streets of Jones Street, lined with charming southern homes and oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. The texture & rich tones of the houses complemented Jadyn’s white mini dress perfectly.

Our next stop was the stunning Kessler Mansion, a grand and elegant estate that exuded old-world charm. With its intricate architectural details and manicured gardens, it was the ideal setting for capturing Jadyn’s maxi dress look. The natural light filtering through the trees added a soft and ethereal quality to the photos. The sun looked so dreamy with her Love Shack Fancy inspired dress.

Our final location was the picturesque Forsyth Park, with its iconic fountain and lush greenery. The vibrant blooms and sprawling oak trees provided a vibrant and lively backdrop for Jadyn’s free-spirited energy and zest for life. The golden hour light is always perfect here when it’s timed just right!

Throughout the shoot, I was constantly inspired by Jadyn’s confidence and joy in front of the camera. Her natural beauty and infectious smile made this session so fun. Despite the challenges of working in heat and crowded tourist locations, we were able to find moments of solitude and joy.

Overall, Jadyn’s high school senior session in Historic Savannah was truly unforgettable. From the quaint streets of Jones Street to the grandeur of Kessler Mansion and the beauty of Forsyth Park, each location was perfect for capturing her unique personality and style. It was a pleasure to work with such a talented and spirited young woman, and I am grateful to have been a part of this special moment in her life.
